AAOU Fellowship Exchange Program
The AAOU Staff Exchange Fellowship Program, launched in 1997 as a short-term staff training program, aims to share educational expertise between 61 member universities of Asia and promote exchanges.
Since 2003, KNOU has been inviting two or three school personnel from the AAOU member universities through the invitation program. In 2009, KNOU introduced its dispatch program.
It provides airfare to KNOU faculty members who are invited from other AAOU member universities.
KNOU passes on its advanced distance education technology and knowhow to other universities in Asia, builds human networks with the teaching staff of the member universities, and investigates the trends and systems of distance education in Asia.
