AAOU Exchange Fellowhip Program
AAOU Exchange Fellowship Program은 교직원 단기 연수 프로그램으로, 아시아 지역 61개 회원교의 교육 노하우를 공유하고 회원교 간 상호 교류를 촉진하고자 1997년 시작되었다.
방송대는 2003년부터 ‘초청’ 프로그램을 도입하여 매년 2~3명의 AAOU 회원교 교직원을 초청하고 있다.
2009년부터는 ‘파견’ 프로그램을 도입하여 회원교 연수 프로그램에 초청받은 우리대학 교직원에게 항공료를 지원하고 있다.
이를 통해 방송대의 선진화된 원격교육 기술과 노하우를 아시아 지역에 전수하고 회원교 교직원들과의 인적 네트워크를 구축하는 한편, 아시아 지역의 원격교육 제도와 운영에 대한 동향을 파악하고 있다.
